Order Confirmation / Acknowledgement

Customers will receive an email to confirm and acknowledge your order. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days

Customers should notify us immediately if discrepancies are noted in the order confirmation and acknowledgement.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased or change per order.

In the event of a changing order item by us, funds paid in relation to that order will be refunded in full. You will be provided with email confirmation of the cancellation and refund.

Order Processing - Delivery Lead-time

We will issue an email to notify client when customers's order has been process. The order will take 1-3 working day to fulfillment because we also dealing with another vendor's and suppliers. The shipment's tracking no will be provided as well for order tracking purpose.

All orders will be shipped via our designated carrier service provider. If you choose an express delivery service, an additional charge will be imposed at the time of your order.

All ship and delivery dates specified are estimates only and are subject to change. We do not guarantee delivery dates and we are not responsible for delays by the designated carrier.

Customers are required to inspect your order upon arrival, report any problems/issues immediately (within 7 days) to us

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

All prices listed on our website are excluded Delivery Charges. Delivery Charges are shown separately in Delivery Policy.

All prices listed are subject to changes during promotion or events. As such, prices listed at the time of site publication are deemed to be correct, final and non-negotiable.

All prices listed on our web store DO NOT include shipping or handling charges, which shall be charged on all orders as applicable and will be indicated at the time of your order.

In the event the listed prices at an incorrect price due to typographical or other error in pricing, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed or accepted and client's payment received. We will issue a credit to customers account in the amount of the incorrect price.

We try to be as accurate as possible in describing our merchandises. However, we do not guarantee that merchandise's descriptions or others content in our web store are 100% accurate, complete, current, reliable or error-free.
